By boat to the fascinating lagoon
of Pulau Sempu

Day 1: Malang – Sendang Biru
We depart at 8 o’clock in the morning. A two hours drive takes us to Sendang Biru. In Sendang Biru we visit, after having something to drink, the local fish market and the beach. Whebody gets hungry, we go for lunch. Until the next morning you are free to do whatever you like, since we stay overnight in Sendan Biru in a simple house of bamboo. For dinner we prepare a barbeque with of course many types of fish.
Day 2: Sendang Biru – Pulau Sempu – Sendang Biru – Malang
In the morning we set foot at Pulau (island) Sempu, which is a National Reserve. After breakfast we take a boat. At the island we search for ‘Segara Anakan’ beach, a lagoon. We have plenty of time to swim, rest, sunbading, walking around, reading or whatever you feel you would like to do. In the afternoon we travel back to Sendang Biru and drive back to Malang.
