Visa on arrival possible for citizens of several countries

All visitors traveling to Indonesia must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival and have proof of onward passage. Citizens from the below mentioned countries are given a Short Visit Free Visa Facilities and Visa on Arrival Facilities for purposes of tourism, business, social culture and government visits. The maximum period permitted to stay varies over time, normally it varies between one or two months (30 or respectively 60 days). Citizens of one the countries mentioned below must always have a return ticket, and a proof or a written guarantee of possession of sufficient funds for living expenses during entire stay in Indonesia.

Citizens who do not need a visa

Citizens of the countries in the list below are granted a permit on arrival to stay thirty days. The visa cannot be changed into another kind, neither extended.

Visa on arrival

You can get a 'visa on arrival' or a 'permit' in several airports and seaports. A visa on arrival costs US dollar 25 for thirty days.
